Surprisingly there is someone who is able to impersonate amazingly exactly the original guitar sounds of Jimi Hendrix: Randy Hansen. But that’s not enough: When Randy is singing you get the feeling that Jimi’s still alive. The combination of the nearly perfectly imitated voice and art of singing and the way he uses to play the guitar let Randy become the reincarnation of Hendrix. It’s unbelievable! Randy Hansen is also born in Seattle/Washington/USA, like Jimi Hendrix.

Randy lives Hendrix – you can’t call him a cover artist. Playing together with the members of Jimi’s original Experience band for a several times, he became an important part of the Hendrix family.

Randy Hansen is quite a whirlwind on stage and casts his spell on his audience. At the age of twelve Randy listened to the Hendrix album „Are you experienced“ for the first time which blew him completely away and made him playing the guitar and sing the way Jimi Hendrix did.

Being popular in USA, he already was on tour with some famous musicians and bands. Francis Ford Copolla was so enthusiastic about Randy that he fit in his sound in the film „Apocalypse Now“.In the meantime Randy is successful all over Europe as well and became a real cult figure.

Was already on tour with/ played shows with

Ritchie Blackmore, Sam Kinison, John Melencamp, Beach Boys, Bob Seger, Sammy Hagar, Blue Oyster Cult, Triumph, Ronnie Montrose, Pat Travers, Mitch Mitchell, Jack Bruce, Paul Rogers, Uriah Heep, Jethro Tull and many more.
